3 DAY IN-PERSON SUMMIT

Immerse yourself, with other Propel Cohort Participants, in a transformational retreat-like gathering that combines spiritual growth with practical leadership training.

IN-DEPTH SMALL GROUPS 

You are not alone. You will journey through the 5-months with a small group of women (capped at 12 people) that is facilitated by your coach to ensure you have a safe space to reflect, identify growth opportunities, and build deep relationships with like-minded leaders to support you beyond the cohort experience.

DYNAMIC ONLINE COMMUNITY

Connect with your cohort in a vibrant, 24/7 online community where you can ask questions, find resources, and process real-time challenges with people who get it.

IMMEDIATE REAL-LIFE APPLICATION

You won’t have to wait for the program to wrap up before putting your learnings into practice. You’ll receive practical leadership tools and participate in applied learning exercises that enhance your learning and leadership development.

How to Apply

We are so glad you are interested in Propel Cohorts. Applications are processed in the order they are received until cohorts are full.

Applications for the next Cohort are due June 15.

  • Record a 3-5 minute personal video testimony. 

    • Don’t overthink it — we just want to get to know you! Share a brief testimony of who you are, how you came to know Jesus, what you're doing now in life, and why you'd like to be a part of Propel Cohorts.

    • Please make sure the sound is audible. 

  • Pay a $95 nonrefundable application fee.
