Activate 2018 Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is there a schedule for the day?
A: Each event is so unique, so schedules are subject to change per event. The day usually begins at 9:30am and will go until 6:00pm, but could go a little longer. The conference is full of amazing speakers, but a specific itinerary will not be distributed before the event. Each event includes an hour and a half lunch break.
 
Q: Will there be lunch available on the day?
A: Of course there's lunch! We are excited to have some of the best local food trucks offering the best cuisine. The cost of lunch is not included in the conference ticket, so bring cash or credit card to make ordering simple. There are also several restaurants in the area you can hop over to and discover yourself.
 
Q: Can I volunteer for this event?
A: Yes. We are always looking for responsibile, helping hands! Please fill out our event volunteer form.

Q: Can my organization sponsor this event?

Q: What should I do if I have not received a confirmation of my ticket?

Q: Will there be childcare available?
A: We love children, but unfortunately we won't be able to provide childcare.
 
Q: Can men attend the day?
A: We love men, and are open to husbands attending with their wives, but this event is formatted and geared towards women.
 
Q: Will there be a place to store my belongings during the event?
A: There will not be a place on site to store any belongings. We recommend bringing a bag that is easy to transport and keep with you throughout the day.
 
Q: I'm new to Propel. Would the conference be of benefit to me?
A: Our gathering of women benefits women in all stages of life. Whether marketplace, ministry, or motherhood, we want to encourage women where they are. The benefit in attending will be to meet new people, hear life-changing content, and be refreshed in the vision God has for your life.
 
Q: I would like to bring a group to Propel. How do I get the discount?
A: The more the merrier! The more you bring, the more you save. When you register for the event, you will see an option for group sales purchases.
 
Q: Are tickets transferable to other attendees?
A: Hopefully, you won’t have to miss the fun, but yes, tickets are transferable. You will receive a ticket and bracelet in the mail that you can give to a friend if you are not able to attend.  
 
Q: Who should attend Propel Events?
A: A better question is who shouldn't attend our Propel events! If you don't want to change, if you are happy with status quo, if you like being bored and enjoying the monotony of life, this event isn't for you. But if you want to grow in your capacity, strengthen your ability, and be inspired to pursue the call of God on your life, you're invited! Married, single, or widowed, you're invited. Young, old, and in-between, you're invited. Seasoned saint or new believer, you're invited. Join the party and be part of the family.
 
Q: Is there reserved seating?
A: Reserved seating is available with purchase of a VIP Experience ticket. All other seating is open, so come early and choose your seat.
 
Q: Will there be special seating for the deaf and hard of hearing?
A: We will have a section with an interpreter for the deaf at events where it is requested; please note on your registration that you would like an interpreter.
 
Q: What does my ticket include?
A: Your ticket will include access to a day full of amazing worship, fresh content, interviews, and meeting new people.
 
Q: Will there be videos available of the event?
A: No, we want our experience to be unique to all who attend and encourage women to attend live to share in the gathering.
 
Q: Are you streaming the events?
A: We love our online community, but we really want our event to be experienced in community. Therefore, we will not be streaming our event.
