A: Wristbands will be mailed between February 1-28.
Q: Do I need to print my receipt to show for entrance into the event?
A: Wristbands will be mailed from February 1-28. If you do not receive your wristband prior to the event, please visit the registration stand and provide proof of registration receipt via a mobile device or print to collect wristbands. Q: Where can I park?
A: Free parking is available onsite.
Q: Will Spanish or other language translation services be available?
A: We are unable to provide translation services at this time.
Q: Will childcare be provided?
A: Childcare will not be provided at the Day of Ministry for Women in Ministry event.
Q: Will a nursing mother’s room be available onsite?

Q: Will sign language or special seating be provided for the hearing impaired or those with disabilities?

Q: Will lunch be provided onsite?
A: Pre-order boxed lunches were made available to those guests who made their purchases before February 25th. For anyone who did not pre-order, food trucks will be available onsite for purchasing food during the lunch break day of the event. There are several restaurants in the surrounding area to visit during the lunch break, as well as the option to bring your lunch.
Q: Is there a schedule for the day?
A: Each of our events is unique, so schedules are subject to change per event. The day usually begins at 9:30am and will go until 6:00pm. This event includes an hour and a half lunch break and one 20 minute break in the afternoon.
Q: Can men attend the day?
A: We love men, but this event is formatted and geared towards women in ministry.
Q: Are tickets transferable to other attendees?
A: All sales are final and non-refundable. For special consideration, please submit a request to firstname.lastname@example.org by March 1.
Q: Is there reserved seating?
A: Reserved seating is not available.
Q: Will there be a place to store my belongings during the event?
A: There will not be a place on site to store any belongings. We recommend bringing a bag that is easy to transport and keep with you throughout the day.
Q: Will there be videos available of the event?
A: No, we want our events to be unique to all who attend and encourage women to attend in person in order to share in the experience.
Q: Are you streaming the events?
A: We love our online community, but we really want our event to be experienced in person. Therefore, we will not be live streaming our event.
