A: This year’s Day of Ministry for Women in Ministry event will only be held in Dallas, TX.

Q: Is there a group ticketing rate available for this event? 
A: We are not able to offer group rates for this event.

Q: When can I expect to receive my event wristbands?
A: Wristbands will be mailed from January 27 to February 15. If you register after February 15, 
please visit our registration stand onsite at the event to pick-up your attendee wristbands.
 
Q: Do I need to print my receipt to show for entrance into the event?
A: If you have received your attendee wristband in the mail, you do not need to print your confirmation receipt. Wristbands will be mailed from January 27 to February 15. 
If you do not receive your wristband prior to the event, please visit the registration stand and provide proof of registration receipt via a mobile device or printed paper to collect your wristband. The name on the registration must match the ID of the person collecting the wristbands.

Q: Where can I park?
A: Free parking is available onsite.
 
Q: Will Spanish or other language translation services be available? 
A: We are unable to provide translation services at this time.
 
Q: Will childcare be provided?
A: Childcare will not be provided at the Day of Ministry for Women in Ministry event.
 
Q: Will a nursing mother’s room be available onsite?
A: Nursing mother’s room will be made available upon prior request. Please email info@propelwomen.org to request access to this room. Please note in the subject line: Special Request for Day of Ministry Event.
 
Q: Will sign language or special seating be provided for the hearing impaired or those with disabilities?
A: Special accommodations for our physically impaired will be made available upon prior request. Please email info@propelwomen.org to make special requests. Please note in the subject line: Special Request for Day of Ministry Event.
 
Q: Will lunch be provided onsite?
A: Pre-order boxed lunches are available for purchase until February 15 at 5pm CST. Click here to see boxed lunch options.
Food trucks will also be available onsite for purchasing food during the lunch break day of the event. There are several restaurants in the surrounding area to visit during the lunch break as well.
 
Q: Is there a schedule for the day?
A: Each of our events is unique, so schedules are subject to change per event. The day begins at 9:30am and will go until 6:00pm. This event includes an hour and a half lunch break and one 25 minute break in the afternoon.
 
Q: Can men attend the day?
A: We love men, but this event is formatted and geared specifically for women.
 
Q: Are tickets transferable to other attendees?
A: All sales are final and non-refundable. You may resale or gift your registration to a friend if you are unable to attend. For special consideration of extenuating circumstances, please submit a request in writing to info@propelwomen.org by February 15 with subject line: Special Consideration Request: Day of Ministry Event.
 
Q: Is there reserved seating?
A: All seating is general admission and on a first come basis. Reserved seating is not available.
 
Q: Will there be a place to store my belongings during the event?
A: There will not be a place on site to store any belongings. We recommend bringing a bag that is easy to transport and keep with you throughout the day. For special consideration, please visit the info booth in the foyer on site at the event.
 
Q: Will there be videos available of the event?
A: No, we want our events to be unique to all who attend and encourage women to attend in person in order to experience the room.
 
Q: Are you streaming the events?
A: We love our online community, but we really want our event to be experienced in person. Therefore, we will not be live streaming our event.
