This was really good.....something a lot of people including myself, just don't think about.

This is a uch a fundamental point and reminder. As a professional dancer and actress I was basing my identity onmy skills and talents. It took some pressing trials for me to figure this out. Not only was this limiting, but when I was getting no after no at auditions my value and worth felt depleted. Holy Spirit, through a series of trials in the good ol' NYC, revealed that my identity is in God and I'm justified by Christ. I am not justified and validated by booking a broadway show or receiving rave reviews. Those things are fleeting. What God says about us in His word stands the test of time, financial stability, and the approval of people.
