Shanelle Hall is the former Deputy Executive Director of Field Results at UNICEF. Prior to this appointment, Shanelle served as Director of UNICEF’s Supply Division where she oversaw UNICEF’s global supply activities and emergency supply response, with an annual expenditure exceeding US$ 3.4 billion. She helped to expand the supply function beyond service delivery to being a major strategic contributor to UNICEF results. Prior to that role, Shanelle served as Deputy Director of Supply Division and Chief of Immunization in Supply Division. Shanelle introduced “vaccine security” as a means of safeguarding a sustainable, uninterrupted supply of affordable, quality vaccines to the world’s most vulnerable children. She also served as Vice Chair of the Global Fund Board Committee on Market Dynamics. Before joining UNICEF in 1998, Shanelle had a distinguished career within the private sector as an industrial and systems engineer.
LoriAnn Biggers is the CEO and co-founder of BellaVaughan, Inc., an award-winning global diamond, design, and manufacturing company with collections exclusively distributed worldwide. LoriAnn has over 25 years of experience in the global finance and insurance industry, notably as President of Lloyd’s of London for North America. She has previously held positions as the Managing Director and National Practice Leader for Risk Management and Financial Products for Wells Fargo, Inc. and served as Vice-Chairman of Wells Fargo Captive Management. In recent years, LoriAnn has traveled extensively around the globe to promote the protection of civil liberties and the protection of abused and exploited women and children, as well as teaching ethical business practices to business leaders and entrepreneurs in those countries.
Rosilyn Houston serves as head of Talent and Culture for BBVA USA. Rosilyn is the bank’s highest-ranking female in the United States, and the first African American to serve on the bank’s management committee. Rosilyn has the overall responsibility for providing leadership in all areas of Human Resources disciplines, including diversity and inclusion, employee communications, and culture. Rosilyn’s teams are noted as high-performing and award-winning. In 2019, Rosilyn was recognized as one of the top 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking by American Banker and as a Black Enterprise Most Powerful Women in Corporate America. In addition to her corporate experience, Rosilyn has also served in non-profit leadership, previously spending five years as Chief Executive Coordinator for Bishop T.D. Jakes and General Manager for The Potter’s House of Dallas and T.D. Jakes International Ministries.
