Welcome to Propel Leaders

A Propel Leader is a woman who leads a Propel Chapter. Every propel chapter is unique

Here are some different ways women are leading Chapters in their sphere.

BUSINESS OWNER

VIRTUAL CHAPTER
GAINESVILLE, GEORGIA
"My Propel Chapter is virtual, so we meet online weekly for six weeks through Zoom. I offer an evening group and a morning group because so many of our women are in different time zones. The women attending are women from my church, my community, women I went to high school with and women I have connected with through business. We have averaged about 60 women each session and we are still growing! Other groups have started in their own community from my group. My biggest takeaway is that, "The leader learns the most.” Never have I ever felt qualified enough, but I have felt called. I have seen women that would never enter the doors of a church participate and come alive through this Propel Chapter. I have seen women begin to believe in who they were created to be.”

TOURISM AUTHORITY PROFESSIONAL

PROFESSIONAL CHAPTER
ARUBA
“I work for The Aruba Tourism Authority and I am very passionate about making a difference on my island. My Propel Chapter meets for six weeks in a row, twice a year, in a cafe or home depending on the week. The women who attend are entrepreneurs, professionals, government officials, self employed mothers, lawyers and bankers. I see growth and passion being ignited in the women who attend. I thank God every time when we come together. What captivates me is to see how open and willing the women are. Each curriculum is unique and becomes very personal. I like that we have the space to share openly without having any filter. That is my greatest takeaway.”

DIANNA N.
PASTOR, FELLOWSHIP CHURCH

CHURCH CHAPTER
ANTIOCH, CALIFORNIA
"We've gathered as small groups as well as in our local church - from small spaces to larger spaces. Because we live in a largely commuter area, we host Propel gatherings three times a year where we've consistently seen friends inviting unchurched friends to an environment that's safe to learn, develop friendships and to spiritually grow in the context of women in leadership. I believe Jesus is stretching our thinking through the language of this curriculum. He is reaching all women and helping them become all they can be. The Propel curriculum has added great value to what we're building here in the Bay Area, which is both the local and global Church.

SECRETARY

WORKPLACE CHAPTER
VEEDERSBURG, INDIANA
“My Propel Chapter that meets at an elementary school once a week after the school day is over. The group consists of teachers and teacher's aides. We have ages ranging from early 30's to late 50's so there is someone in every season of life. One of the women said in our last meeting that it is interesting how the preconceived ideas we had of each other when we started have changed as we have gotten closer. I think the thing that has touched me the most as the leader is to see women that only knew each other as acquaintances become a family at work.

MASTERS STUDENT

CAMPUS CHAPTER
LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA
“We went through the process and got Propel Women approved as a student-led club at California State University, Long Beach! The young women that come to our meetings are undergraduates majoring in subjects such as Theater, Journalism, and English. My focus in starting the Chapter was to bring together women who are seeking Jesus and needing community in the middle of their busy school week. Leading this group has deepened my relationship with the Lord.He has supernaturally equipped me in a short amount of time to partner with Him and trust that He would handle all the details.”
